Hi I have looked through previous posts but can't seem to find what I am looking for so apologies for raising this again. I have just bought a second hand monoflap jumping saddle and am looking for a suitable girth for it. I don't want elasticated as have been told these can be over tightened easily, don't mind what material, but as it's for eventing, would like one that won't make him sweat any more than usual! Maximum budget is £100. Anybody recommend one to me please that's within budget and not too bulky as he's only a little Irish lad! Thanks!

Any dressage girth, or short event/stud girth can be used.
I use an Albion on my wow jump saddle and currently have an aerborn synthetic girth on my baby's wow saddle saving my ££ for a Fairfax short girth.

You should always check the tension on a girth before and after adjusting, overtightening is user error not bad product design, elastic is a lot kinder :)
