We competed at our first competition on Saturday in three years. we did quite well and I was hoping to compete again in two weeks. I went down to the field last night to ride her and I noticed that she had a girth gall. There is a small hole and then a rub although it isn't too chaffed. It must have happened on Saturday although she was clean, clean tack and it wasn't there when I groomed her. I was also using the saddle she always wears.
How long will it take for it to heal as I have never had these in the past.
