Girth Galls

just intrested to know what everyones experience is with them?
Just noticed my horse has an old one where the girth should go

is this something that is going to become an issue?
i am going to buy a girth sleeve today to protect it from reopening.
Any advice would be much appreciated

You'll be fine with a girth sleeve. Sheepskin is best IMO.

salt water to harden it and then girth sleeve my boy is fine now
