Currently shopping on robinsons...Buddy.. 16.3 irish tb weighs around 600kg any idea on what size girth he would be? I havent got the foggiest..

Totally depends on a) his depth and b) your saddle.
I've got three saddles for one horse (similar size to your though will be MUCH deeper in the chest as she's built like a rhino) and she has a 50" for one and a 56" for the others, one almost too small.
Do you not have an existing girth to measure from?
