Girth suggestions

Just looking to pick some brains - when I had the saddle fitter out last month she recommended I change my girth to something shaped to give a bit more room behind his elbow.

Suggestions she gave were Mark Todd or Collegiate, from what I can see the Collegiate is only synthetic and the snob in me wants leather, but the Mark Todd doesn't look to be particularly shaped to give that extra room to me.

I've tried the Prolite in the past and it didn't suit, so just looking to see if anybody can suggest alternatives, I've spotted the Equiport options which may be viable.

Also needs to be brown and in a 44" ideally, or 46" and preferably below the £80 mark or easily picked up second hand.

Any ideas?
