If you think you could sell him on if he doesn;t like xc for what you are paying for him, then you have nothing to lose. In any case, I would ring up and pretend you are someone else seeing the ad for the first time, as he may well be sold and you could be worrying about nothing!
 
yes i would have to see him do some type of xc fences....and she did evetually agree to letting us do this-shall definatly ring up...spoken to my parents and we have said we shall ring up monday as we know she had people coming out this weekend....then we can see what happens!!
