Well the boy is off with a pulled muscle
. He has had just over a week off and has a few more days yet before he is allowed to start work. But he is getting really bored and when I brought him to the yard to give him his bute he is starting to refuse to leave
.
So does any one have any ideas what I can do with him to keep his mind occupied for the last few days? I was thinking about taking him out for a little stroll in hand just to get him out of the field as he is walking round the field so walking round a diffrent field hopefully wont make much diffrence. The vet said to give him a week off but not box rest or any thing just in the field. I just dont want to make him worse but at the same time I dont want him to get bored and start making trouble in the field
he is being much more energetic in the field which is normally a sign that he is bored. Just to add treat balls and the like for the field are a no go as his buddy is very aggresive over food which is why he is brought back to the yard not just fed out side the field.
And just to make it worse I got my nice shiney new hat today that was a birthday pressent but I have no pony to ride
.
Biscuits on offer for any one that has some genious ideas of what I can do with him.
