Giving dogs antlers?

Anyone else give there dog antlers to gnaw on?

I'd never heard of it before (well heard of antlers but not giving them to a dog). But when buying her food I noticed one and bought it, I thought it was a good way to keep her busy and more importantly clean her teeth.

She's very happy with her prize I must say! Is this a new thing or has it been about for a while.

Yep, it was my post. My large dog has devoured the small antler I got him (didn't want to waste money if he didn't like it) so I will get him a big one for Xmas

Been looking for something to help clean those nashers of hers!
