I'm using it at the moment and really pleased with the results. Don't really want to go into to much on the open forum but bute hasn't worked - but the bute X seems to have hit the spot. Apparently it also opens up the blood vessels more that bute so blood flow is increased, so this also helps

How long do you find a pot lasts you?

The small one my YO brought me

, its not lasting particularly long but then she's not the top wack at the moment - Small tub (£35ish) about 3 weeks on top dose. But I'm going to try and not use it all the time
