I emailed Global Herbs over the weekend in the hope of a polite, helpful response and was greeted this morning with quite a rude reply if i'm honest. I replied back politely asking for more clarification and all I got was 'OK'...
Going to give them a ring now and see if I can actually get to speak to a considerably more helpful person!

Anyone else had any problems with them and their helpline? I'm a bit shocked to be honest, always spoken to members of staff at shows etc who have been more than helpful.

I went to their spot at YHL last year looking for help and inspiration, and the lady was so abrupt and unhelpful I decided there and then I would never spend any of my hard earned cash on them!

Funnily enough I went for a job interview there back in the summer, I think it went well etc but you can never tell! They never ever bothered to let me know either way which I thought was pretty rude! Never really had many dealings with them other than that though so can't really comment!

I try to use Hilton Herbs, they are always extremely helpful and I prefer the products, they are labelled so you know what is in them, unlike G H which could contain anything.

I've politely emailed them in the past and received no reply, then a reply a few months later apologising for not replying earlier....but with none of the information I had asked for. I replied explaining this and received an odd response.

Very strange people!

A friend of mine used to work there, for a short period, but from what she said, I'm not at all surprised. I don't use their products.

How strange!! Whenever I've spoken to them (via email, stands at horsey events and over the phone) they've been incredibly helpful and polite, the lady I spoke to on the phone was actually chatting away to me like we were old friends, she was lovely! How odd, hope you get a more helpful response when you ring their helpline x

I've only ever spoken to people on the phone and they've always been more than helpful.
I have to ring them today actually as my horse wont eat the MUD-X and I wondered if they would swap it for something else!

I use Sarc-X and have never had a bad experience on the phone. I can understand how off putting a rude response is though.

This.

Added that I rate their products highly - scratch really has transformed summers for my pony.

As for feeding, for us marmite sandwiches are the aster to all feeding problems :D

I agree, Hilton Herbs has always worked for me, and very helpful, polite customer service :)

I had a poor response from their email once, but their phone response and their products are fantastic, highly recommend ther products actually.

Shame they are rude but their products are excellent - Sarc X and Restore got rid of my horses sarcoids, so I think I would put up with the rudeness and get the product!

Hello to everybody, I read many messages on Global Herbs, I am professional rider, and I studied University in Equine health. I was able to see in past, many products were made in laboratory very chemical and bad for the health of horses. I am very happy that Global Herbs exists, I use many of their products for a very long time, about 4 years, and I am very satisfied with the results on my horses, and the persons who work on it are always very pleasant and helpful.:):):):)

Same here, but they said they would ring me so when I didn't hear I rung them lol
