I'm near there...but don't have a horse! You could try finding people by word of mouth, or even putting up an informal advert for hacking company?

Thanks everyone I am already on the facebook pages but I have only put an advert for a sharer so will put another one to see if I can find people who hack near us (Cirencester Park!)
