I have searched about this and found info through the phoenix forum about the stitching at the front fastening but cant find anything about them rubbing at the bottom of the pastern on the sides.
Noticed last night that my mare has matching sore spots on her front pasterns and the only thing I have changed lately is upped her exercise and use of the boots. I am at the banging my head on a brick wall stage as these are the only boots i can find that dont rub her heels and fit her but now they rub her pasterns!!
Shoeing was much easier! lol
They are the old style gaiters and nice and soft now with use, she really NEEDS boots to work and she really needs to work to fix her feet!
Anyone any ideas please?
