I need new gloves...2 pairs, one white for dressage and one black/navy/other dark colour. I love SSG all weather gloves and the lidl gloves...anything else out there that's similar (I take a xs/s as I have teensy hands!) I want close fitting, velcro closing with a very thin palm - hate bulky gloves.

What about Mountain horse gloves? And Roeckl?

I have just bought some Mac Wet ones, rather expensive but so nice and close fitting on recommendation from someone

I can really recommend the Roeckl Chester gloves. They are just what you described you wanted in a glove! They come in all the colours that you need too!

I've got two pairs of the Mountain horse ones but they don't have a velcro closing and they have 'leather' palms so might be a little bulky. I love mine though

I have the Roekl ones and love 'em. I use the Chester for schooling when I want that extra feel and the X Country ones for anything where I might need the grip

yup - they are the ones we all use for schooling and in the ring as well. If it is wet, you still have really good grip, and they give a really good feel generally as they are very lightweight.

Definately the Roeckl Chester ones, I compete in mine and they are fab. Really comfy, very thin but don't wear through too quickly. I love mine and will be buying a new pair when these ones eventually wear through. Also look very smart.

I love the Roeckl gloves, Chester cream for dressage, Chester brown for hacking, everyday and SJ and the XC ones for XC (although they aren't as comfy as Chester for general riding, they are great grippy gloves)

Neumann Gloves. they are the only ones i wear. i hate thick gloves. they have really good grip. and last forever. i take xs.

iv had macwet and they wore out within a few months- IMO i dont think that they are worth the money-
they were nice whilst they lasted though!!!

Mountain Horse!!

They aren't too expensive, they are comfy and last long. I love my mountain horse gloves

but for hunting and really bad rain i would saw woofwear. they are brilliant to keep you warm and dry, although perhaps a little more expensive, and they don't look as smart..

Great gloves though mine are for 'best' so can't comment on how long they will last **disclaimer**
