GM Soya in feed causing digestive problems...anyone else?

I've given up on formulated feeds, once and for all! Unexplained issues with one of mine - vet said not sure what it was, nothing serious, she was coping, carry on. So we did, but...the more feed we gave her, the worse the diarrhoea got... until I checked the bag and realised that at some point they'd swapped the ingredients and it now had GM Soya in. On googling, this is known to cause irritable bowel etc!

So I've taking them all off it and we're going for straights. Hopefully she'll be better soon - it's only been a week since we weaned her off it completely but it's already less liquid!

Anyone else have similar experiences?

I had a horse who was getting thinner and thinner on high soya feed (there's a thread about it) and he started to put on weight as soon as I stopped feeding it. I won't touch any feeds with soya in now.

She has historically been fine with soya... reacts badly to alfalfa and is pssm so needs low nsc feed.

Currently on speedibeet and linseed with her 1001 pssm supplements - it is apparently delicious!
