Does it have a collapsable breast bar? I'm going to fit one to mine and was just wondering how others actually collapsed! Either that or I'm going to put a wall up separating the horse from the grooms area. Tried using a weave grill but horse didn't like it at all! Any other suggestions or ideas on how to prevent them jumping over the bar welcomed :-)

mine didnt have a removable breast bar but I tied him at two points. One normal height and one lower down so he couldnt get any height if he tried to rear up over the bar. Hope that makes sense.

Mine has pins either side, and reinforced with a pin that clamps the partition in. If you move partition to the side then lift the end pins out then you can lift a bar up. You've then got a breast wall which the bulk of it is a breast bar door which you'd then open and lead horse through. I've got one of the vans like an Anglian Windows van so they'd just then hop out the back doors.. I've had a look and I think it would be difficult with two horses in a panic situation to move partition bar to one side (can't remember why I'm thinking that needed to happen?? - but thought it at the time) hold one back and let other one move through the open breast door.. I think I'd just have to hope in an emergency people would help me if travelling alone and I'd be able to give off an air
of calm to the horses.. Had thought when got youngster to practice the emergency drill but then thought if he saw the back door as a way out in a panic may try to go over bar (I don't think that likely) or come out and put foot on and break bumber or number plate (far more likely!) be interested if others practice going out through grooms area with horse for practice.

Pm if want photos of what it looks like, if of use.

Best wishes
Hannah
