I have a normal PC and puss likes to come and sit on the mouse mat right where my hand is for some reason, that's when he's not planted in front of the screen, helpful aren't they?

cat likes to sit in front of the computer as well!! she never used to come near me when the scary black thing was on my knee!!! but think she has finally got over her fear and now has new spot to sit!!!!

Our cat used to like to sit in front of the computer, and also walk all over the phone when I was on it. He cut people off many a time. Sadly he was killed on the road last October. Have just started looking around with a view to getting a couple of kittens but he will be a hard act to follow!

hope you find that special one, sure its just waitin round the corner for you. the bloody moggy is sat on my knee now as i type!!!! she decided was to wet to go out and play!! you after any type of cat or do you have a breed in mind??

shes not bothered with hoovers, cows, dogs but the sight of a frog sends her runnin!!!!! we get loads poppin in the garden and if shes out she comes runnin in!!!!

After my earlier post, my daughter came in from work today and someone had told her of some kittens looking for a home!
She's going to go and see them in the next day or so. Don't want any particular breed, just a common or garden mog that likes being cuddled, but will also hopefully keep the mice and rabbits down. Although I hated Tim bringing baby bunnies in I have to say we can see the difference this year with loads of rabbits eating my precious grass. Don't know much about this litter yet, but any future moggies will have to be quite bold to live with our 3 GSDs. One in particular loved our old cat and used to follow him everywhere. I'll let you know how we go on.

good luck hope you get that special moggy!!, i've got 3!! although 1 lives with my mum! he weighs a stone and he's not fat!!! he's jet black, another thats black and white who lives with me shes half ferral but still very lovin but on her terms!(shes the one who's been sittin on my knee!!, at moment she's just lazin on the couch!!!) and the other girl is jet black is my sisters but she has moved in with me!! my sister got a puppy (hooch breed dog!!) so her cat decided she wasnt assosiating with a dog and promptly moved in!!!(sister only lives 3 doors away!!)............one day i'm gonna get me the cat i have always wanted (norweigian forrest cat!) but not till i can get sisters cat to move back home!!!

They sound lovely. Tim was jet black, and supposedly his dad was Siamese. He certainly had a siamese loud voice! He was a 6th birthday present for my daughter, he was 12 when he was killed and I had to break the news to her when she came home for a weekend from uni, didn't want to tell her over the phone. Think we will stay away from black this time. Don't want to be comparing them. The hardest thing when he was first killed was that where i work they have 3 black cats, and one was called Timmy! Sadley he had to be pts a couple of weeks ago with liver failure, he was quite old. Although I expect if we get a new kitten it will technically be hers, I expect it will be poor old Mum who has to look after it whilst she is at uni, just like the horses!

mums are good for palming animals off on!!!.....dont work with my horse though!!! just the cat although when first got my fish only had 2 in one of them round tanks! had to get her to 'babysit' them to stop bloody Salem eatin them!!(hes the cat who lives with my mum!) when i went to the yard!!! only keep him seperate from other cats (beth B&W and chloe B) as he would get battered by them!! hes been done and so have they so no chance of babies just dont rate his chances with the bitches!!

Good luck with the kittens

Hobbes used to lie on top of my old monitor with his paw dangling down and over the screen - usually just the part that you needed to read! I switched to a flat screen and he tried jumping on it once... fell straight down the back, LOL!

Now his favourite thing to do is sit right in front of the TV while we are watching, bless!
