how do husky owners cope ????????????

well mine is only half husky, and have just blown up my hoover trying to clear up the trail of fluff and hair he is leaving behind, my other girly is always coated in a fine covering of his beige hairs infact i think everything is covered in his bloody hair even when he is being groomed twice a day with bag loads coming out

Same for us, our white husky/GSDx is shedding his coat in all directions. If he's with me in the land Rover and the window is open a bit, it starts up a sort of whirlwind effect of white fur as we are travelling along. Apparantly, from the outside, the land rover looks like one of those snow globes that you shake, but on wheels. It's terrible in the house, despite fervent hoovering there's white fur everywhere. You can always tell who's been to our house, they walk off with a nice covering of fur on their clothes. And it sticks...for days!

Oh yeah, I have the dog hair whirlwind in my car. Stupid thing is, he hasn't even been in the car for a fortnight

There is a patch in our field I use to groom, looks like a furry massacre has happened!
