Going rate for land and stables... opinions please??

So, many of you will already know, thanks to my reccent yard experiences i am looking for a new home for my boys!!

I have found a private yard with 3 stables and a very small acre for £500 a month- do you think this is reasonable?

I have 2 boys and pay £135 each pcm for unlimited turnout and a stable. I would also need to rent out the other stable, but not sure how i can do this as its going to be such limited turnout.

Opinions please!!

Hmm, seems quite steep to me although I'm not familiar with costs in your area. However, look at it this way, if you kept three horses on livery for £135 pcm that's a total of £405 pcm, still less than the cost of your rent (and the limited turn out).

Also, what's the deal with maintenance, do you have to do it? Does the rent include electricity and water? Would you be allowed to sub-let the third stable?

Maybe have another look around or try to negotiate on the rent?
