Well I had Shadow back in the dutch gag because she was really strong last time I jumped her in a snaffle.

She was a bit lazy in the warm up and I thought maybe I should have kept her in the snaffle but when we went in she woke up and I was glad to have some control!

We went clear in the clear round so I was really pleased with that.

Then in the British Novice she rolled a pole at no 2 and flew round the rest of the course to finish on 4 faults. Annoying about the pole but she jumped so well and she's really enjoying her jumping at the moment!!!!

I met Hattikins and her mum with Hattie, and it was very nice to meet them.

yup they really liked her and she was fab

They're just going to go away and have a think about it though - but she went as well as she could have done doing something that is very new to her

Well, bad luck about the pole, but pleased you were happy with round

I actually popped in for 5 minutes myself to pick up a clear round ticket for the morning

Didn't hang around long though, and have no idea what class was running at the time...
