Gone but not forgotten...

My friends dear boy died today (well yesterday now) at the hospital. She's devastated

Ive had the pleasure of knowing this lovely boy and riding him for a few years. It's horrible, and so sudden

Gone but never forgotten and at least he's no longer in pain.

They still don't know, they think some sort of infection, he went down hill so quickly, all the symptoms of grass sickness without the tremors, but not grass sickness

It's horrible and I can't imagine how they both feel, they bred him and watched him grow from a cheeky young foal to the lovely beautiful natured horse he was.

I've had the pleasure of knowing this beautiful boy and helping look after him and riding him for a few years before I bought my own, it's their lovely horses that made me want to take the leap from helping to ownership.

He will be missed and our small yard won't be the same without him there.
