On Monday I ordered some items from online stores, I also had to phone up and ask questions and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. My goods arrived today (I even got a free gift) and are fantastic quality as well as being what I ordered.

I used the following stores:

Its always good to hear about good service - I have to confess to being lucky with anything I have ever ordered online - I have always been pleasantly surprised at the service and quality.
 
Cavaletti Clothing are awsome, they sponsored UWE riding when I was president and gave us awsome, high quality stuff for free. They're so friendly too. I'll keep the others inmind too
 
Fylde have been superb whenever i have called and the leatherwork is amazing!! I ordered a new hunt bridle a few months ago, i ordered over the telephone around mid afternoon and received it the next morning!! Can't fault them for their speed and service.

I got a free, personalised mountainhorse riding jacket from them or organising the sponsorship. They gave us the most fantastic discounts too. Love cavaletti
