Just a self indulgent post really - we all loaded up and went to Pinkmead for Solent Riding Clubs show. Kayleigh did really well and came 4th in the 2'9 with a double clear and only beaten by ponies (rocky is a horse) she also had a go at the working hunter fences when the class was over with help from simon another exton member and might try that out next time we go to a show, I was 2nd in PBA and 6th in Hunter on my favourite baby Murphy - we were robbed in PBA but I'll let it slide!!!! and Chantal who had rescued her horse from hunt where he was going to be pts because of COPD and now has qualified for the VHS regionals - came 1st in Hunter and won the overall Championship. So good day for all it made a nice change for the yard to go out together and compete and all support each other - something I've not had on many other yards before where bitchy rivalry gets in the way.
(yes im in mallorca and still on hho!!!)
