First agility show on saturday , messed up first 2 classes , one by having a senior moment and completly forgetting where jump 17 was and other by taking him back to start of the dog walk when he jumped off [ thought i would get eliminated if i just carried on ] not too worried though he's only learning and i don't want him to think jumping off obstacles is ok , turns out i was eliminated for doing it again live and learn !
Went clear in nursery agility and came 1st then went clear in beginners steeplechase , so proud of my boy just had to share , only been training agility for 3 months [ have equipment in my garden aswell as going to lessons ]
Popped to local companion show today and came 1st in handsome dog out of 40 , daughter came 2nd in junior handling with her sheltie , first time against the older kids, having glass of wine now to relax .

1st at your first show, amazing, well done, and to win at the companion show is just greedy. :D It may have changed in agility but it used to be that if you were beyond half way and they jumped off you were considered to have completed the obstacle, before halfway and you had to do it again.

Thanks , no forgot my camera  wanted my daughter to video would of made amusing viewing esp when i forgot where the jump was lol , here's some of him practising in the garden instead .
