Good dressage riders north west??

Can anyone recommend good dressage riders in the North West region? Don't nessacarily have to be world beaters/top level or have a huge string. Someone who takes on classy youngsters to produce and compete, or in certain circumstances who may be looking for another ride with plenty of potential.
