I have really let my riding go to pot and following an incident a few years ago I now have confidence issues which is very frustrating as although I was never the most technically skilled rider I was competent and loved riding. I am hoping I have finally found another horse I am bonding with and this has bought my frustrations to a head because we both need stretching mentally. I am ashamed of how bad my riding has become and how easily I find excuses not to try things so I am looking for FB groups that provide information on schooling/dressage/groundwork(in hand) useful to the less experienced rider or less confident rider and also groups offering support where I could ask questions that may seem daft to the more active competitive riders.

just ask a question and you will get plenty of advice... pick and choose what you listen to though....
