Must be safe and secure, have good hacking and good facilities. Most areas considered in Kent. Has anyone heard of Cranbourne farm? saw that one on the net looks nice but never heard of it. http://www.cranbournefarmdressage.co.uk/
I haven't been to this one, but this was considered when we were searching. I still think it looks really good, it's just a little bit too far away. http://www.hammerstreamfarm.co.uk/
I am moving to this yard in Oct, which is just perfect for us, and was deffo very friendly! www.hempsteadequestrian.co.uk
Brittons Farm in Ickham near Canterbury, we're all lovely, very friendly and horses are chilled, even my stressmeister!
DIY, part or full vacancies basically liveries to suit whatever you want, I've been there a year and I'm just so happy. Also weekly lessons by a list 2A dressage judge!
What are your requirements? Do you need an arena? How important is hacking? Off road or doesn't it matter? How do you feel about turnout - are you happy if it's very restricted in winter?
(That's a very good question to ask some of these yards btw
