Good grief!

I saw this the other day. At that point it didnt appear to be working though. Not sure what to think about it really. Its know worse than a general horse auction but a wider audience.

Well, it's certainly different! I know a lot of people seem to buy horses unseen, I wouldn't do it myself. I have to ride them on at least 2 occasions before I'd consider purchasing. I suppose legally you have a bit more comeback if the horse isn't matched to the description as you can keep a full copy. Each to their own!!

Isn't the palomino the Rollestone one? Very nice but then he would be by H Tobago. Haven't seen him up for sale but I would have thought he would be snapped up very quickly on the private market.

ETS - I tell a lie he is on Adhorse!

I've been buying some stallion semen from online stallion auctions for years. I can't see much difference in that and buying a horse from an auction. In my case I try to visit the stallion pre-bidding but sometimes distance gets in the way. I have bought a number of horses unseen over the years and been very pleased with them. Anyone looking for a riding horse at this online auction would be advised (as per recommendations on the auction website) to view and ride it prior to bidding.

Just looking at Bayby black, its a 4yr old thoroughbred thats currently 'unfit', and they have suggested its handler and rider level as novice?!? Eh?! Also, its teeth are up to date, but not its vaccs, how odd!
