Good high SPF day/anti wrinkle cream?

Well, it's that time of year again... Delicate skin, outside a lot in the cold, wind & rain...

Can anyone recommend a good moisturiser that will fend off the weather & keep the wrinkles at bay? Or a good night cream to repair the damage?

I use the Boots No 7 uplifting day cream its got a factor 15 spf. Its only cheap at £16 too! Also very good is the Body Shop hemp face cream for very dry skin, but has no spf. I find it really good for winter and I work outside all day

Neutrogena - think it is called extreme moisture. Is def SPF15 and only about £6. Is fabulous stuff, especially if you have been allergic to other brands in the pst like I have been.
