Following on from my last post about the dog that I found abandoned, I really need to find him a home asap. While he's very friendly and playful towards my other dogs and hasn't done anything in particular to upset them, they have all, especially the GSD, taken a dislike to him and are quite aggressive to him so there is no way I can keep him. He's currently in a run by himself and let out a few times a day for a run around, I thought the first time I let him loose he might take off but he doesn't go far and comes when you call him. If I don't rehome him soon I'll have to leave him into the pound and hope the rehoming centre linked to it can take him when his times up. If not, well, he's had a nice week here, had some tlc and been well fed. It's not his fault he was never trained properly and then was dumped when he became too much trouble.

So if anyone in Ireland would like to give him a chance or knows of anyone that could rehome him or any rescue centre that might have space for him, please let me know.

Like I said on the other thread, I would love OH's bro to have him but it is a bit too far I'm afraid and he's just had the offer of a 6mo lab that a farmer was going to shoot :(
Hope he gets sorted and well done again for looking out for him.

If he is part GSD then GSDR might be interested, they have a couple of crosses for rehoming.

I know a lot of local rescues here send dogs over to DT homes in the UK so you might ring around some places up here?
