I have Fybromyalgia and find my ponies keep me going. I would like to do some dressage with my new pony but need a good instructor who can understand I have limitations with my range of movement etc. I wondered if anyone on here knows of anyone suitable who would travel to the swale area and if you also have disablities that you find are helped by your horses.

Hope this makes sense not very good at this posting thingy!:D:D

Thank you in advance:)

If it's S.Wales then I have heard of a few.

In regards to disabilities though, I have arthritis and backpain as a result of the arthritis and a car crash! I am 21 so quite young still. Horses have helped me alot because I'm always tired and stiff especially in the winter. My boy's worth it all though!

I also volunteered with the Riding for the Disabled so I do appreciate the therapy aspect to horses.

I am on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent so quite a way from wales unfortunately. My condition was also brought on by a series of car accidents. I really don't know how I would carry on without my ponies. They make you laugh when all you want to do is cry and they make you get up in the morning.

Just read this back and realised how depressing it sounds:o not that miserable really!:D:D
