I took Lottie to my SJ trainers yard last night and as she has been enjoying XC and more forward we decided to jump the XC fences. We set off in a nice forward canter had to jump a little skinny and we stopped, so smack and round again then flew it, then on to a skinny then upright, again lovely, so did skinny, upright then a big pallisade again she was lovely. So then we stopped whhilst dad put up a rustic gate with pole on top. I stood Lottie on a long rein, then I asked her to move off still on a long rein and madam started rearing, couple of mini's then vertical by which point I was cross so growled and once front feet hit the ground I sent her forward.
Madam went on to jump all combination lovely, then jumped a wall and log pile, couple more uprights, flew over another log pile up bank, took a while to come off bank but we managed it, then we jumped a ditch.
Why she reared we have not got a clue, she does do some randoms things. I do have the physio out in 2 weeks as she does have a tilted pelvis and she is finding it impossible to canter on right without having her quarters in.
