Good livery yards north glasgow area?

As title really; am at my wits end with the lack of decent yards around here.
Requirements are:
-15 mins or less from Torrance (close to kirkintilloch, lenzie).
-School which is usable all year round and doesn't flood as soon as a cloud appears. Must be big enough to set up a course of jumps.
-Winter turnout.
-Morning duties included, evening on days I couldn't make it up.
-Hacking.

Any ideas?

There's one in castlecary I've heard of. Never seen it but heard it's got good facilities. Maybe pushing the 15 minutes tho. I know there's a couple of yards at auchenreoch but not sure what they are like at all. Woodend at Kilsyth is again a wee bit far out, they have indoor school but not sure of other facilities. Big one in dullatur too. Not sure of the ones further west
