Hi, I've read this forum loads over the years but now we've moved to another part of the country, I find myself leaning on it more than ever!
Of course, I'm still in touch with livery friends and other pony club mums, but too far to pop back and visit, so I'm missing my regular meet ups with other riders. Have found some lovely horsey neighbours and folk around here are so helpful - vets, farmers, people at local shows and around the community.
I'm also thinking about moving our horses to livery for more human (& equine) contact. Things will no doubt step up as my girls get involved in the local pony club here, but taking it gently as there's so much to sort out at the moment and everything focusses on keeping everyone as happy and healthy as possible, to establish their transitions as well as we can.
Look forward to finding out more about the local area and inspiration for what to try, for both myself and my daughters! Not sure what I have to offer but guess we'll see, if anything.
Kind regards :D
