Well the vet came out and gave my boy the all clear and said he was sound and could start work again...which is great because he does not need to put more weight on! He had hurt himself in the field somehow but is fine now after 2 weeks off and Danilon. But my back is still so far off being right despite physio...yes, it is improving and much better...at least I am not in 'constant' pain but I don't know when I will be fit enough to ride again...I guess I am feeling a bit sorry for myself as I miss riding my boy terribly and it is 4 weeks now! I am so frustrated with not being fit and having no strength in my back to lift, pull or push anything.
Sorry, I know there are worse off than me and I am just moaning but I have never been taken off my feet as it were, I am such an active person and it gets you down a bit...I would gladly ride in this puring rain given the chance!!!!!!! Sorry, pity is a terrible thing!

Why don't you while the time away by making plans...fittening plans for your horsey, get your show schedule worked out....watch some inspirational videos?
Eating chocolate, and watching Johnny Depp always helps. Hope you get better soon.
