Good prices for these ponies im going to see?

I think the owner doesnt quite realise what she has here, but see what you guys think. Have seen photos of both which will try and post later.
First is a 14.1, 4yr old iron grey gelding. welsh CxD. really well put together pony, looks like he will excel in whp. Also going really nicely on the flat and starting pole work. Good to do all ways ect ect. asking £1300 inc tack.

next (rather excited about this) is a 14.2, 5 yr old reg connemara mare. Dapple grey. Going well on the flat and started jumping (have seen pik, huge pop on her). Make serious sj, event pony or good enough to show at top level. asking £1600 inc tack.

both seem such good prices, arranging a viewing next week! any thoughts?

i would deffo look!! but the first one should be registered as a D as there is no such thing as a c x d!! once over 13.2hh they are a D, but good luck in looking!
