Ty used to be on equiflex but his loaner took him off it - I can notice the difference even though his spavins have more or less healed - just think he's an old creeky sod!

He gets vegetable oil in his feed but looking for an off the shelf additive for his feed. I tried cortaflex but wasn't overly impressed and it costs a fortune!!

Any ideas?

He's on showmix in the winter and that always helps due to it being about 40% oil ha ha

The exquine americe 'Glucosamine 10,000 + MSM' is about £14.00 for a couple of months supply i think - definitely noticed a difference in my mare.

thanks guys - I saw the MSM but wasn't sure - probably worth a go at that price! Will put him back on linseed oil too.

i could be wrong, but i think Apple Cider Vinegar is good for joints too, and that really doesnt cost much at all, think its good for skin and gut too.
