good-quality leather headcollars

For my boss's birthday in August I want to get her some good-quality but affordable leather headcollars with engraved nameplates, for her three special horses. All the decent leather tack around here is WAY out of my budget and I prefer English leather so I want to get them from the UK - so obviously it needs to be somewhere that offers mail order as I will need them to be sent to Portugal! Anyone got any recommendations??
