O'Gourmans- Simon Knapp is very good.

Hall Place vets - All equine vets are good.

Mc Gonnel and Gillatt vets - Andrew McGonnel, I've used for vetting very good but not sure if they do that area.

Good Luck

Simon Knapp is great but he is at Scott Dunns not O Gormans.
Scott Dunns is just outside Wokingham so travel costs should be low

I personaly would not touch O'Gormans - thats as much help as I can be I'm affraid.

Price will depend on two stage or 5 stage. about £150 for 2 and about £250-300 for 5 stage (not including x-rays)

The nearest to Wokingham would be Simon Knapp at Scott Dunns, he is an experienced vet with a good eye. You'd need to call them about prices but I would guess around £250 for 5 stage.

Sorry got confused, Simon Knapp at Scott Dunns.

I ended up with a 2 stage plus but vet only charged me for the 2 stage, i think including call out just under £200 also included bloods.

As Scott Dunns are probably the most local, hopefully the call out won't be too much so would guess £250

You also need to ask which the owner uses as it's better not to use the same vets. Some vet practices are happy to vet horses that are already clients, depends on the vets.

Wouldn't reccomend O Gourmans on past vettings.
