Yep, very pleased to see this. Although would obviously have been better if action had been taken on the day.
 
I always worry that when someone treats a horse like that in public, how do they treat it in private. Glad he has been reprimanded, just can't believe that he wasn't disqualified at the time. Disgusting behaviour.
