Goodbye my friends

I'm heartbroken. we are having to move home and our new place is much smaller than our last so I had to make the desition to rehome our snake. We could have kept our bearded dragons if we had bought them a smaller viv but I don't feel it would have been fair to keep two 1ft dragons in a 3ft tank So they have been rehomed to.
They have all gone to lovely homes and I know they will be well looked after but I miss them so much. I know I have done the right thing for them and have always said the animals best intrests come first, way above my feelings.
I know they are only reptiels but they were a part of our family and it feels so strange that they are no longer here

Laura I know how much all your animals mean to you, so know how heartbroken you are feeling right now. But as you said, you have done the right thing finding them a caring new home, and I hope that gives you some comfort.

So hard, but they are not 'only reptiles' they are part of your family and that's why you've done the right thing by them no matter how hard it is for you.

I hope their new owners enjoy them and love them as much as you.

Thanks guys. It was such a hard desition but ultimatly the only one that was right. I think I'm coming to terms with that now but I still miss them so much. Most of my friends don't understand and they say "They are only reptiles" But then they didn't understand why I cryed when one of my budgies died.
All my animals are part of our family nomatter what species they are, they all mean the world to me.
