Google ads at top of posts

Just noticed - and I think it's very clever - that the Google ads at the top of every post directly relate to the post topic..........very clever. Need to create an odd post now to see if it always works...........

They annoy me

they get in the way of the buttons at the top of the page.

I noticed they related to the last google search I did though ...
