Got a Lurgi

I Couldnt get down to my boy yesterday or today as I've caught a bug and feel like Ive been kicked by a horse (excuse the pun!), also the yard toilet sprung a leak and is out of order so I dare not risk it!
My YO and other liveries have been brilliant and taken care of Henry for me, they are so lovely. Which made me ask myself what I would have done if this wasnt the case and I had to get there? I would have been in a right state as I couldnt move yesterday, just know it wouldnt have been pretty!

What do you do if you really can't get to your horses, do you have someone to fall back on?

I don't unfortunately, and I had to do her with I believe the norovirus which lasted a week, I unwittingly plugged up with Imodium and was in agony just to get to the yard and back with no accidents! I've got a cold now which is nothing I just have to get on with it, no sick days for me spesh with a toddler as well, I'd be lucky! My filly is still quite young and relatively new to the yard so I can't really entrust anyone else with her at the mo, so my own choice!
