Goyt Mill Saddlery, anyone ordered from them online ?

Yes definately recommended, quick delivery and they do some really good offers too and they answer their emails fairly quickly too. Its a not a very big place and run by local knowledgable people.
 
Yes, I've ordered twice from them (they currently have 25% off everything except NAF stuff, I think) and delivery was 2 days. Very pleased, and would definitely recommend.
 
I have used them several times and have to say i have been very very impressed. The first time i used them I was a bit worried having never heard of them before, but they had the rug i wanted at the best price. I ended up buying several other bits and pieces as they were all on offer. Anyway I get everything delivered to my office and everything i have ever ordered has come the next day, I ordered a champion riding hat and it came packaged really well, sealed with a sticker signed saying the hat had be checked and verified prior to shipping - now i know there is always a risk the courier may have droped it etc...but it was packed in a huge box with foam and the rugs i had ordered, so was pretty cushioned.

Anyway, I order way more than i should from them, as I was soo impressed by their service- also when i phoned them to ask a question about sizing they couldnt have been more helpful!

Sounds like I work for them or should be on commission or something! haha I assure you i dont!

I also really recommend Premier Equine for helpfulness and speed of delivery (Plus their delivery costs are cheaper).

I would order alot more from DerbyHouse if they would listen to their customers and change their delivery service- used twice both times rubbish.
 
Derby House really? I love them, ordered loads of things recently and all been really good, even had a £10 gift voucher free as something i ordered was OOS!
 
Ok thanks, thats put my mind at rest, I was looking at the Maxivita supplement range and they are £18 compared to +£25 elsewhere
 
Just to pick up on this thread - I have ordered from them a few times now and have been fantastic.

It is pretty much next day delivery as standard and you get an email giving you an hour time bracket when it will arrive.

I ordered a Jefferies hunter bridle for £67 on line for my yearling, figured if he's in a full size now he may as well have a good quality bridle as it could last him his whole life and they called me to say that it wasn't in stock and there had been an error on the website- they have done everything possible to get me my bridle on time as I explained I needed it for a show on Sunday and it has arrived today direct from Jefferies !!

Very pleased with it ! He's going to look a right smarty pants :-)
