£700,000 which seems very reasonable, although it hasn't got a house but planning permission for one.

I've never actually jumped there. Used to go up there to see Neil who runs Frankley International when he was based there for a bit.

Maybe the sale fell through? They've got a quarter page advert for it

I was just about to ask where and what is it, but when I saw read your post about neil being there i know exactly where it is ! Far to far away ! My horse came from neil, lovely guy !

It's been for sale for ages - haven't been there but lots from our yard have, its apparently a bit tired round the edges now (so I am told)

It isn't where he is now - just down the road, and not from when you had to go thru the service station to get to him

I am sorry to say it but the place is a dump and needs an awful lot of money spending on it to bring it up to standard. The indoor is to tight and too small, the outdoor is awful. When you go to the newer/renovated places it makes you realise how dated the place is.

Yeah they have dropped the price by about 150k think it my be going to auction if no one buys it soon!! Needs a hell of a lot of money spending on it to bring it up to standards but having said that Gay n Chris are lovely and work bloody hard seeing as how they are both well into there 60's!!!

I really hope that whoever buys it keeps running shows there otherwise come winter im going to be buggered cause that place keeps me and all of area 33 going!!!

ditto, although i do love going they as they have lovely well built courses, up to height and are friendly people!

dad was on about it today but thought it needed far too much money spending to be worth it!
