We have been having a lot of success with the mirror... I am very pleased with the results but there is a crack that has appeared at the bottom (not where a nail is). It looks as though she had roled into it and maybe caught it with her hoof as she roled back over... but I have to say I am a little disappointed as I thought they would be more robust than that.

Has anyone else's cracked, and if so has it increased in size or should I do something to prevent it spreading???

One of mine has a crack where I put the screws too tight and hadn't bothered witha backing board opps!! Its onlt small and hasn't spread, so I haven't done anything about it. Yours must be fitted quite low, if your horse could roll into it (the bottom of mine is just below wither level, so don't think she could reach when she rolls).

You could put small a piece of tape over the crack as its supposed to stop cracks in glass getting worst (might work with acrylic too).

Mine also cracked where I didn't have a back board when I screwed the mirror to wall.

Also, Don't know how, but my mirror has got cracked in the middle! He likes his mirror, so can't see him attacking it.

My walls are uneven so maybe I should start again with a backing board????

Ditto piebaldsparkle.

I think mine would have to be very athletic to get their feet on it whilst rolling.

Ours didn't crack even when seriously booted, there were clear hoof marks but no sign of a crack. They did have backing boards though.
