grackle nose band advice pls

i have bought a grackle nose band off ebay, it was delievered today but it does up on the right side and the buckles point upwards??? i thought you do them up on the left side and buckles should always point down wards????
the ebay seller was a shop and it was brand new so do i send it back or is it ok to use like this?

what??!? that sounds wierd! daft question but are you sure you have the right straps in the right place? like you've not got one of the nose band straps as the headpiece? I know it sounds daft but I've had many worse blond moments!

have a quick check - take a photo of all the different parts and post it on here?
 
I wonder if they've sent 2 of the same strap instead of different ones? how's about sending them a friendly message -see if they can explain how it fits together (plead ignorant) and if they can't ask for either a replacement or a refund?
