Have just got a grackle for pickle just for hacking. Can anyone show me a picture of one correctly fitted and any tips/advise.

It depends if its a mexican or a normal one.
This is a mexican (with rings)
the normal one sits just under the cheek bones.

It's not perfect as the back of the "nose" piece (as opposed to the "flash" piece) should be higher up under the cheekbones, but...
