Grackle nosebands - DR legal?

Hi,

I was just wondering if grackle nosebands are ok to use for:

a) unaffiliated ODE
b) Pony Club DR and ODE
c) BE 80 and BE90 classes (DR phase)

I tried to read the rules on the internet but got a bit confused as to when you can and can't use them.

BE Dressage Grackles are legal but I am not sure about Pc and I would double check with all secretaries when competing unnaffiliated .

For unaffiliated would depend what rules they were running under I guess?

Just to add I've competed in one for pc eventing dressage too! Fairly certain that they aren't allowed for pc pure dress though.
