Grackle Recommendations- Sized between Pony/Cob

Our TB x wears a grackle for jumping. The problem is pony size is too small for him, and cob size we've had to punch extra holes in it and it looks messy and is annoying to do up.

Does anyone have recommendations for a grackle for a fine head, he's only 15.1. Picture of him below

I have the same problem with my pony apart from her heads quite chunky, the grackle i had on her earlier this year was a cob sized one just slightly to big, now in pony on last holes. I cant remember the brand but could check tommorow as i think it would definitly fit a fine horse head.
