Grass glands in October??

As title really, any one else have horses/ponies with them at the mo?? Mare on very minimal grazing during the day and glands are up when i bring her in they do go down but then flare up again? Could it be anything else or just another result of this weird weather x

Yes entirely possible my grass is still growing! Even if you say minimal grazing she will just be eating it off as it grows

Mine gets them every time we rotate fields, summer or winter, even when it looks like there is virtually no grass, some horses are just very sensitive I guess. Looked like a hamster last week when he came out of his pen onto a field that has been grazed to nothing all summer.

Oh thank god it's not just mine! I was going to put up in the vet section. Only appears to be one out of the three of mine that this is happening to
